Reid's Cleaners and Laundry was started in Austin Texas in 1986. Our first store opened at the “Y” in Oak Hill. We are very proud to say that by following our slogan “Dedicated to Quality and Service” we have established ourselves as being one of Austin's premier dry cleaners.
Reid's Cleaners is a family owned business, operated by the Reid family: three brothers; Jimmy, Tommy and Mason, along with two sons Michael and Travis. The Reid's have over 30 years experience in the dry cleaning business.
The Reid's currently have 17 stores in and around the Austin area. Reid's has six plants and 11 sub-stations, along with a pick-up and delivery service. Four of our stores are located in the Round Rock area, and are co-owned by our partner Joe Clifford.
Reid's Cleaners is a service industry. Our goal is to make our customers satisfied and happy by providing quality work and friendly service. It takes a “Team Effort” to get our customers clothes marked in, cleaned, pressed, checked out, bagged, and back to the customer. In order to succeed we must all work together
